I am still having fun with the picot lock join and Martha's tat days patterns, they have become especially useful for Easter. I made some daffodils for more cards but as you can see have put them together with Jane's SCMR butterfly and Martha's bumble bee (from her book 'New Critters on the Block') i.e. block tatting. So there are quite a few techniques in this picture.
Of course I need to show you some real daffodils blowing in the cold wind, still no sign of Spring.
The card says it all...................
I love your daffodils, it would be nice if they were out, although there are a few early ones just popping open, your rabbit looks gorgeous,
ReplyDeleteI wish spring would come its so cold with that bitter wind,
Margaret
Happy Easter to you too, Sally - I've enjoyed seeing all your seasonal tatting!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!! Luckily tatted daffodils aren't affected by the weather.
ReplyDeleteThe daffodils are gorgeo, both tatted and "real". Thanks for the color, we still have at least 8 inches of snow on the. Ground!
ReplyDeleteThe daffodils are really pretty. It's so meaningful to combine all the different techniques and patterns by the tatting gurus amongst us. Great card! Hey, and I totally LOVE the bunny!
ReplyDeleteThose daffys are very pretty. Thanks for sharing a sign of spring.
ReplyDeleteOooooh, I LOVE that daffodil pattern. Now, where's my CD with it on?
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Love the 'spring' theme above. Yes Spring is in the air~ Happy Easter to you as well.
ReplyDeleteLove the tatted bits! Would be great as photos in a childrens’ book.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter, Sally.
Fox : )
p.s. Sure LOOKS like Spring! We have no blooms yet over here in the New World!
Happy Easter! Spring is in the air here between short bursts of cold and windy days. Your daffodils are beautiful.
