Still tatting the doily!

I am making very little progress on Renulek's doily, because I have very little time to sit and tat it!  However, I am a little further on than this picture shows, a quarter of the way along the next row.

The round is complicated so making even slower progress.

The pop-a-bobbin shuttles continue to sell well and I am hoping that now the weather is warmer more can be made in the garage.

  1. I completely understand, I am struggling to tat things with warmer weather and having to mow my lawn and I too am trying make shuttles. Your doily is very nice and will be worth the wait🍃🦋🍃

  3. I have seen other tatters reach this stage and am impressed with the way it looks at this point. I'd be tempted to say it is finished, because it's an eye-catching and unusual edge. However, I know it goes on to greater glory. I do give you credit for staying the course!

Glad to know the shuttles are still popular!

  5. Love this color - it’s so rich-looking. I’m just finishing the next round - hard to keep going at this point because it seems like it takes F O R E V E R to get around now!
