Crocheted and Knitting

Back in August I finished a crocheted and knitted throw for a futon that was going to be put in a bedroom. Here is the post showing the finished throw.

At that time the bedroom had not been decorated and was in a complete mess. I am pleased to say it is now finished and the room is lovely to sit and relax in. I use it for watching television, crafting and it also contains the computer which I am using now.

The cupboard you see on the left of the picture contains my tatting supplies and the box on the right hand shelf holds my collection of tatting shuttles.   Everything is quite neat and tidy at the moment, just hope it keeps that way.

  2. Oh, Sally! I want to move in just to be able to use that tatting nook! I would bet the light is great from that window.

    1. Yes Tim it is now a lovely room, can't believe the transformation. A 'tatting nook' is a good description!

  3. That room looks so cozy and bright with light! Your throw really invites one to curl up with those shuttles. Tat on!

  4. That's a lovely throw! I really should condense my crafting supplies and make them neat and tidy. Would you like to come help? ;-)

    1. Oh dear Diane, I had to condense my craft supplies because everything was everywhere, feels good though, that is until I get another craft craze! Just hope everything remains tidy! If I came over to help you though I would take half of it away and then get in the same sate as before!!!!

  5. Hi Sally, your patience has paid off in that all your tatting supplies are tidy in one room. One piece of furniture is missing (I think) a table to place your tea/coffee and chocolate bar on!

    1. Anne there is a part of the room you cannot see, it houses the computer which is on a table wide enough to take beverages and chocolate!
