Last Blog post of 2014

The last few hours of the year and I have no tatting to show, but I am surrounded by thread and beads in anticipation!  So instead of tatting I will show you a few pictures of our Christmas pyramid.

                                On each floor of the pyramid there is a different scene

    Wow! - Much better than a Christmas tree! Where is the little choir boy that you showed us a few years ago? - is he on one of the levels?

      If it is the patchwork one then no, but there is a small wooden one and also a Vicar on the pyramid

    Love the pyramid. Almost looks like tatting on the surrounds. Enjoy tatting with those beads and threads in 2015!

      Yes the fret work does look like tatting, it was made over 30 years ago.

    They are German Tally Tatty and as we lived in the country for a while we got to see many http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_pyramid
